All Noira Oslo orders are shipped from our warehouse using a secure, tracked shipping method. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout on all orders over €100. No code is required.

Due to a high volume of orders, shipping times may be delayed by 2–3 business days beyond our standard lead times. We are doing our best to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible and appreciate your understanding.

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email. Delivery times listed below are estimates.

Noira Oslo is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier. If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the courier directly.

During promotional periods, order processing and shipping times may be longer due to increased order volume.

Noira Oslo ships on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If your package arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact info@noira-oslo.com within 5 business days of delivery and include clear photos of the damage so we can assist you.
